A complete school supply was delivered by the Sucre Territorial Victims Unit to the Berlin Educational Institution, Palitos headquarters, in the village of Palito Monte, municipality of San Onofre, as part of the Special Scheme for Community Support within the framework of the Return Plan and Relocations.
For Isaac Hernández, director of the Unit in Sucre, “this delivery represents the determined commitment from the territory with the improvement of the quality of life of boys, girls and adolescents’ victims of the armed conflict in this area of the department”.
“We continue working to bring more national resources to the population, which allow us to improve the living conditions of the victim population. Just as the school furniture arrived, we are also working on obtaining resources for investment in agricultural projects”, added the official.
For her part, Yennis Castro, teacher of the educational center, thanked the donated resources that represent a better environment for the students.
During the delivery, parents present, teachers and directors were asked the importance of the proper use of these implements and the care they should take.
