The inter-institutional offer in favor of the victims of the Colombian armed conflict from entities such as the Fund for the Financing of the Agricultural Sector (Finagro) and the Department for Social Prosperity, was socialized in the department of Tolima in a virtual session coordinated by the territorial management Headquarters of the Victims Unit.

At the meeting, the participants learned about the special agricultural and rural credit line established by Finagro for victims of small and medium producers. In accordance with that set forth by Angela Rocio Galindo Vizcaya of the regional management of that entity, the offer finances the production of crops and / or animals, irrigation systems, machinery, infrastructure, service areas for food transformation, equipment production, fertilizers and marketing; in addition to small-scale mining activities, crafts and rural tourism.

Among the requirements for applicants, he pointed out that "they must be included in the Single Registry of Victims (RUV) and not appear reported in the credit bureaus", he also said that this line works with Banco Agrario and Davivienda and that the rate of interest is the annual effective DTF.

For his part, the representative of Social Prosperity in the area of productive inclusion, Enrique Elder Pitta Moreno, explained that the entity opened the call for “Mi negocio Expres” program nationwide, consisting of strengthening both productive assets and inputs for businesses that are operating and belong to vulnerable people and victims of forced displacement.

"It is important to clarify that this is not a credit but an economic incentive represented in assets, supplies, machinery or equipment to endow the productive units and that it is directed at Colombians registered in the RUV, with status included and reported by the Victims Unit, Red Unidos and SISBEN methodology III, in addition to being between 18 and 65 years old", said the official

Registration can be done through the municipal liaisons of victims with the identity document and reporting the address of the business or productive unit for the verification visit. 76 people participated in this activity, including leaders of municipal and departmental tables in the digital platform room.
