What does it do?


It is the team in charge of carrying out the issuance of the administrative acts that resolve the requests for humanitarian attention presented by the displaced population. These administrative acts are the tool through which the DGSH,( based on the information provided by the victims and the identification of deficiencies), informs the technical and legal arguments that motivated the approval or disaproval of this aid.

How is this done?


  • The motivation of the administrative act is based on the result of the process of identifying the causes, this allows to know the degree of vulnerability of current homes. This result can be observed by the delivery of humanitarian attention, so as to report what corresponds to the placement of the recognized resources. And the second aspect; the definitive suspension of humanitarian assistance. Once the previous information is available, an analysis is carried out and the administrative act is projected, through which the request for humanitarian attention presented by the current homes is resolved.

  • With the support of a technological tool that allows to centralize and automate the process not only in the phase of issuance of administrative acts, but also, in regards to monitoring, control and quality, daily in coordination with the other participating teams, Monitoring is carried out on the fulfillment of the goals.
