The implementation of a project that seeks the recovery of files has allowed to locate and load in the applications of consultation of the Unit files that correspond to declarations, resolutions, resources and proceedings of notifications in their majority.
The application of this strategy has allowed very good results. Thanks to the thorough search in local storage folders, through the task performed by the document management area that performs physical storage and manages articulately with the territorial directions of the Unit.
A large volume of applications corresponding to guardianships, petition rights and Land Restitution processes, has been attended by the group of images fully complying with the demand of requirements received in registration; what results in the dignified attention of victims and the guarantee of their rights.
