It processes the corresponding administrative action, in order to revoke the registration in the Unique Victims Registry of persons who have entered irregularly or fraudulently.


Initiates and processes the corresponding administrative action, in order to revoke the registration in the Unique Victims Registry – RUV – of the persons who have entered irregularly or fraudulently, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution 00822 of October 10, April 2018, which repealed Resolution 00134 of 2017, in which, the Unit taking into account the content of article 24, numerals 6 and 9 and articles 157, 198 and 199 of Law 1448 of 2011 of Law 1448 of 2011, before referenced, it had the competence to initiate these administrative actions at the head of the Directorate of Registration and Information Management, without prejudice to the legal faculty that falls on the Legal Advisory Office, through the Judicial Defense Group, to denounce before the competent authority all those conducts with presumption of crime in order to advance the criminal investigations that may take place; thus guaranteeing the application of fiscal sustainability as a guiding criterion for administrative actions, the protection of the treasury and the fidelity of the information contained in the Registry.
