The Bureau of Effective Participation of Apartadó Victims, met with officials of the Victims Unit, to project the impact of this participatory body in the Development Plan proposed by the new Administration of this municipality of the Urabá sub-region (Antioquia).
In this first meeting, a recount was made of the mission projects and programs that the Unit executes in the territory and the generalities of the integral route of individual reparation with the current guidelines emanating from resolution 1049 of 2019.
The exercise also allowed to present the institutional offer of the Unit as coordinating entity of the National System of Attention and Reparation for Victims, facilitating the projection and incidence of the table in the Municipal Development Plan.
“The session of the victim participation table is very important, because issues were discussed on the construction of the development plan, guidelines and budget for the subject of victim population”, said Obeida Rosa Padilla, one of the coordinators of Board.
Elizabeth Granada Ríos, director of the territorial Urabá Darién, attended the event reiterating the commitment and willingness of professionals to accompany and consolidate the 2020 work plan.
The officials of Returns and Relocations, Individual Reparation, Institutional Offer, Nation and Territory, presented the routes and possibilities of articulation with the territorial entity and the other entities in the region that are part of the Snariv.
The meeting was also attended by delegates from the Ombudsman’s Office, and offices of the Mayor’s Office, such as the municipal health secretariat and the adviser on projects of this administration, establishing as a commitment a new meeting in which more institutions adhere and can be traced the working route of validity.
